Dr. Gaurav Bajpai

Press Release - Dr. Gaurav Bajpai Joins TSi

After receiving his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering at Drexel University , Dr. Bajpai joined TSi as a Systems Engineer. His Ph.D. dissertation was entitled Reconfigurable control of Aircraft undergoing Sensor and Actuator Failures .

His present responsibilities include the Phase II development of the Optical Fiber Round Exit Velocity Sensor for medium caliber guns and the modeling and simulation of the secondary armament system in development for the MRAAS future combat system. He is also the principal investigator on the NASA Phase I SBIR on the �Control of Systems with Actuator Failures�. He has a patent pending for sm art instrumentation of a gun barrel � based on work on a TSi Army SBIR contract.
