Hardware Engineering

TSi performs custom hardware design, prototyping, and testing. We have
experience in areas including board-level design, special systems
packaging, custom sensor design, and complete systems integration. We
have experience with designing and testing flight-qualified boards for
NASA as well as MilSpec devices for the DOD.

We possess a full three-dimensional (3-D) computer-aided design(CAD)
system for development of technical and development drawings. TSi also
has electronic equipment, CNC machine shop, and laboratory space for
building prototype systems for benchmark studies. More recently, TSi has
also acquired equipment for fiber-optic handling, cabling, and splicing,
as well as optical spectrum analysis and high bandwidth strain
measurements.
