Real-Time Control Systems

TSi has extensive experience in real-time control systems design and implementation. Our projects range from industrial control systems such as controlling precisely the thickness of zinc deposited on rolled steel, to military gun control systems for accurate pointing and tracking such as the U.S. Army's Secondary Armament System (SAS) and Marine's Mobile Counter Fire System.

We have highly educated controls engineers including 4 PhDs with background in electrical, mechanical and aerospace engineering and over 80 years of combined experience.

We use state of the art development methodologies including object oriented programming in C++ and software development in real-time systems such as Wonderware InTouch and InControl, Labview, the Matlab Realtime Workshop and XPC Target. We have also design and fabricated spaceflight qualified custom hardware for control of scientific equipment.
