Lanham, Maryland, USA – October 2, 2026 – Techno-Sciences (TSi) has completed the first phase of this rollout, marking a major milestone in the global adoption of its mission management software just two years after its initial launch.
The software deployments will equip Rescue Coordination Centers (RCCs) and serve Search and Rescue Mission Coordinators (SMCs) across Algeria, Bahrain, Cabo Verde, Colombia, Curaçao, Guyana, Senegal, South Korea, and Vietnam, with additional major deployments coming soon. Most of these installations were deployments of IMSAR in the cloud.
Streamlining Search and Rescue from Awareness to Conclusion
IMSAR (Information Management for Search and Rescue) is built specifically around the five operational stages defined in the International Aeronautical and Maritime Search and Rescue (IAMSAR) Manual. The platform allows teams to track incidents and manage incident responses seamlessly in one central hub.
- Unified Operational Workflow: Drives operations from initial “Awareness” through final “Conclusion” in a single platform designed by SMCs for SMCs.
- Scalable Infrastructure: Designed to adapt and expand as local mission requirements, technology and team sizes evolve.
- Modernized Coordination: Replaces fragmented systems and manual processes with an intuitive, intelligent, flexible, digital framework.
A Proven Track Record for Global Impact
Achieving nine international deployments within 24 months highlights the urgent demand for modernized flexible software within the global emergency response sector.
“We are pleased to serve the global Search and Rescue community and support its important mission,” said Ollivier LeHir, CFO of Techno-Sciences. “We look forward to continuing to expand IMSAR’s reach and supporting the organizations and professionals responsible for coordinating Search and Rescue operations around the world.”
