TSi Expanded Its Global Support Services Coverage

Lanham, Maryland, USA – December 5, 2022 – TSi has signed a multi-year maintenance agreement with Algeria MDN/CFDAT to ensure their Cospas-Sarsat ground system continues operating in optimal performance. Our maintenance program covers the hardware and software components necessary to improve system operational performance, to reduce the occurrence of problems, as well as to ensure a long equipment lifespan. It is also important to note that under the TSi Maintenance program, our customers will be entitled to software upgrade implementing new functionalities defined in Cospas-Sarsat updated specifications.

TSi’s Global Support Services (GSS) team is responsible for providing 24/7/365 support to our customers around the world. To continue enhancing our customer supports, TSi has expanded its global presence by opening a new office in Mumbai, India. With multi-lingual support teams in the United States, Columbia, Singapore, India, and the United Kingdom, TSi can provide real-time support and proactive monitoring regardless of our customer’s location.  As a focal point of our business and competitive differentiator, TSi is continually growing this team.
